Cocopeat
Cocopeat
Cocopeat is processed from coconut shells which are then milled so that the coconut comes out. This powder is usually used for growing media and animal bedding. We can adjust the specifications according to market needs. We could supply two types of cocopeat, cocopeat high EC and cocopeat low EC. The different between these two is the level of electrical conductivity (EC) or level of salt inside of cocopeat. And for both types are divided into several shapes, block 5 kg, bulk in sack or polybag, growbag (with size 100x30x15 cm), block 500-650 gram (only for cocopeat low EC), and Jumbo block 165-200 Kg (only for cocopeat high EC).
Spesification for Cocopeat :
- EC Level : < 0,5 mS/cm and >1,00 mS/cm
- Moisture Level : 18%-40%
- Fiber Content : < 5%
- Expansion : 13-16 Liter of Water
Cocopeat Chart:
- Cocopeat High EC : block 5 kg, bulk in sack or polybag, growbag, Jumbo block 165-200 Kg
- Cocopeat Low EC : block 5 kg, bulk in sack or polybag, growbag, block 500-650 gram
Cocofiber
Cocofiber
Cocofiber is a fiber from coconut coir that has been milled in the shape of long hair and is generally golden yellow or brown in color. Cocofiber is suitable as a cover for planting media so that plants look prettier. The excess of coco fiber is not moldy even though it is watered many times and does not damage the growing media content. Besides that, it can also be used as the contents of a car seat or sofa. We can adjust the specifications according to market needs. We are usually packed it with strap for one block that weight around 95-100 kg.
Spesification for Cocofiber :
- Moisture Level : < 15%
- Short Fiber Content : < 5%
- Fiber Length : > 15 cm
Cocobristle
Cocobristle
Cocobristle is a fine fiber made from coconut coir that has been milled in the shape of long hair and is generally golden yellow and has sense of white a little bit. This material could be as an alternative to make a fine handcraft, because the shape of this material is already fine and smooth. And doesn’t rule out the possibility, it could be used as mattrass and car seat filling also. We could pack it in a sack or as buyer’s request. In one sack without pressing machine could load around 10 Kg maximum.

Sugar Cane Bagasse
Sugar Cane Bagasse
Sugar Cane Bagasse is the waste of sugar cane that has been processed into sugar. It is brown. This material is usually could be used as growing media for mushroom in particular, becase bagasse contains organic matter, minerals, crude fiber, crude protein and essential nutrients. But the common things in utilization Bagasse is for paper raw material, for food box raw material, and many more. For packaging we are usually using pressing machine then put it into sack with dimension:
- Around 30x30x100 that has weight 20 Kg.
- Moisture Level : < 18%
Cocochips
Cocochips
Cocochips is one of the coconut waste that come from processed coconut husk into coconut coir. Then the husk will be dried directly under the sunlight. After that it will be cutted in a chip shape. This is used for growing media also because it is good at water absorbtion. And it usually will be combined with cocopeat to make a good combo in a growbag for growing plant seed. Other than that we have cocochips 5 kg block also.
